That is this book’s best and highest use.It is our hope that this book will not be utilized as a standalone resource. Again, it is intended to be used in conjunction with Seeking Integrity’s Going Deeper online workgroup. That said, your therapist or a knowledgeable sponsor might choose to lead you through this material. That is perfectly acceptable. The one thing we don’t recommend is simply purchasing this book and trying to get well on your own, without external input.
